I hereby grant [Production] the irrevocable right and permission to use my image, likeness, voice, and any performance recorded during the production of the above-named campaign in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for a period of three (3) years from the date of first broadcast, worldwide.
This grant is limited to the above-named campaign. My likeness will not be sold, licensed, or transferred to any third party for use outside this campaign, nor will it be used to train any generative artificial-intelligence model, without a separate written consent signed by me.
I acknowledge that I am being paid the compensation agreed in my engagement letter (or as separately arranged with the production company) and that no additional compensation is owed for the uses granted here.
I may request withdrawal of this consent by written notice before the first broadcast of the final piece, provided the request is made in good faith and cites a specific reason. Post-broadcast withdrawal is not automatic and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Talent releases, explained.

What is a talent release and why do I need one?

It is the written permission to use a person's image and voice in your film and its promotion. Without one, a client can lose the right to run the ad, and you can lose the job. In WeClickk the release is part of the shoot: every face on camera gets a row, and the tab tells you who is covered before the camera rolls.

Can talent sign on their own phone?

Yes, and they should. Show the QR on set, or email a link to remote talent, and the signing form opens in their browser: no app, no account. Signing on their own device also gives the strongest audit trail, because the timestamp and device trace back to the signer, not to you.

What about child actors and minors?

Minor rows use a separate template. The form will not complete without a guardian's name, relationship, and signature next to the talent's, and the MINOR chip stays visible on the row so nobody misses it on a busy set day.

What happens if someone withdraws?

You can revoke a release, and the row stays with its full history, so there is never a question about what was signed and when. The standard wording also gives talent a clear withdrawal path before first broadcast, in plain English they read before signing.
