1. Who we are

WeClickk is an app for running production shoots, from the brief to the final approved cut. It is made of this website, the web app at app.weclickk.com and the WeClickk phone apps. In this policy, "WeClickk", "we" and "us" mean the team that runs the service. "You" means anyone who uses it.

2. What we collect

Account details. Your name, email address, password (stored in a scrambled form we cannot read), workspace name and your role.

Your shoot content. Everything you and your team add to WeClickk: briefs, scripts, shot lists, schedules, budgets, call sheets, notes, files, cuts and comments.

People you add. Names, emails, phone numbers and roles of the crew, talent and clients you add to a shoot, their call sheet confirmations and check ins, and the talent releases they sign.

Billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe. We see your plan, billing history and the last four digits of your card. We never see or store your full card number.

Technical data. Basic information your browser or phone sends when you use the service, such as device type, app version, IP address and error logs. We use it to keep the service working and secure.

Website forms. When you ask for an invite or contact us, we receive the email address and details you type in.

3. How we use it

• To run the service: save your shoots, sync them between the web and the phone apps, and show your team the same live plan.
• To send emails you ask for, such as call sheets to your crew, review links to your client, release forms to talent and wrap reports.
• To send account emails, such as sign in links, password resets, trial and billing notices.
• To answer you when you contact us.
• To find and fix problems, prevent abuse and keep accounts safe.
• To understand, in general terms, how the service is used so we can improve it.

4. What we never do

• We do not sell your data or the data of the people you add.
• We do not show ads in WeClickk and we do not share your data with advertisers.
• We do not read your shoot content unless you ask us to help with something, or we need to for security or legal reasons.

5. Data about other people

When you add crew, talent or clients to a shoot, you decide what goes in, and we store and use it only to run your shoots. Please only add people you work with and details they would expect you to use for the shoot.

If you are a crew member, talent or client and you want a copy of your data or want it removed, you can ask the producer who added you, or write to us and we will help.

6. Who we share it with

We share data only with companies that help us run the service, and only what they need for that job:

• Hosting and storage providers that run our servers and keep your files.
• Stripe, to take payments.
• Email delivery services, to send the emails described above.

Inside a workspace, the people you invite can see the shoots you share with them. Clients see only what you send them, such as a brief or a cut for review.

We may also share data if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the service.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete a shoot or close your account, we delete the related data from the live service, and it leaves our backups within a reasonable time after that. We may keep billing records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

8. Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access to it is limited to what is needed to run the service. No system is perfectly safe, so please use a strong password and tell us right away if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember simple settings. We do not use advertising cookies. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when the page loads.

10. Your choices and rights

You can view and edit most of your data inside WeClickk at any time. You can also ask us to:

• give you a copy of your data,
• correct something that is wrong,
• delete your account and data,
• stop sending you emails that are not needed to run your account.

11. Children

WeClickk is a work tool for adults. Accounts are not meant for anyone under 18. Releases for talent under 18 should be signed by a parent or guardian.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is important, we will also tell you by email or inside the app.
